A CDE on “Grossing and Reporting of Excisional Biopsy- Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma and Cap Protocols ” were organized by Department of Oral & Maxillofacial Pathology and Oral Microbiology on 22ndNov 2023 at 9.30 am. The guest speaker for the event was Dr Elizabeth Joshua Professor, Oral Pathology, Ragas dental college, Chennai, and Dr Thamilselvi Professor and HOD, General Pathology, VMKV Medical College, Salem. Dr Prem Kumar and Dr Ramachandra Reddy chaired the first session and Dr YoithapPrabhunath and Dr Arun Kumar chaired the second session. A total of 87 participated comprising 22 faculties, 21 interns and 44 post graduates attended the program. Students from Vivekananda Dental College, Tiruchengode/ CSI, Madurai/ JKKN , Kumarapalayam/ KSR, Tiruchengode also attended the program.
