Tobacco Threat to Our Environment”

Department of Public Health Dentistry, Vinayaka Mission’s Sankarachariyar Dental College, Salem celebrated “WORLD NO TOBACCO DAY: Tobacco Threat to Our Environment” on 02.06.2022.at Reliance Mall, Salem.

A variety of awareness programs like dance performance, tobacco awareness skit, tobacco awareness talk, tobacco awareness pamphlet distribution and interaction with the public was organised and conducted by the team of 28 interns on the topic “WORLD NO TOBACCO DAY – :Tobacco Threat to Our Environment”

A total of 28 interns were participated and received participation certificates.

Under the guidance of Prof. Dr.N.Saravanan, HoD,   Dr.C.Bharath, Dr.K.Priya Deepalakshmi   and Dr. S. Santhakumari,   Assistant Professors of Department of Public Health Dentistry coordinated the program.

The program was well appreciated and more than 270 public were benefitted
