CBCT implant training programme and hands-on

As a part of university implant education programme 2022, CBCT implant training
programme and hands-on was organized on April 19 th 2022 , from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm for all the
participants in association with department of Oral medicine and radiology. Dr. Durgadevi. P,
Assistant professor, from the Department of Oral medicine and radiology was the resource
person for the program.
The program was inaugurated by our Dean, Professor Dr. J. Baby John, co-ordinated by
Dr. Jaychandran, Dr. Sunantha, Dr. Rajkumar and was attended by all the participants of the
implant training program.
Topics taken:
1. Lecture-Implant imaging
2. Hands-on workshop on nerve tracing using CBCT
3. Demonstration on virtual implant placement
