Department of Public Health Dentistry, Vinayaka Mission’s Sankarachariyar Dental College, Salem conducted free dental camp at Boys HSC School, Fort, Salem on 14.11.2021.

The camp was organized by Indian Dental Association Salem Branch for All Secretariat Journalist Association and their family members.

Prof. Dr. J. Baby John, Dean, VMSDC, Salem inaugurated the dental camp and gave lecture on importance on oral health.

Dr. K. P. Senthamarai Kannan, Hon. Secretary, IDA- TN Branch Presided over the Program.

Dr. P. Narasimha Raju, President, Dr. J. Arunkumar, Secretary, Dr. S. P. M. Narendran, CDH-Convenor, Dr. Jai Chandran and Dr. Dhanakoti,  IDA- Salem Branch office bearers felicitated the  Program.

Dr. J. Johnson Edward VisuVasam, TN- State President, All Secretariat Journalist Association and Mr. S. Balamurugan, Salem District President, All Secretariat Journalist Association organised the Program.

Under the guidance of Prof. Dr.N.Saravanan, HoD,   Department of Public Health Dentistry, the program was conducted.

A total of 14 interns participated.

A total of 66 beneficiaries were benefitted from the program.

All the participants were screened and free tooth paste were distributed to all.
